Coaching I started as a Business Coach in 1996. Professional Business Coaching has its demands and true plus values. For some years now, I have had the pleasure of offering a Coaching space to people, outside of the professional constraints, allowing them breathing space, to look at their life and path, and to contemplate their future in full harmony with themselves. Several methods are in place to better address your own situation, at your own pace. Supervision For Certified or Student Coaches, various possibilities are offered in terms of supervision. B. MODELING

Modeling is at the core of my work (even more so than coaching and training).

Modeling, to me, means to reveal, unearth, the significant, key elements, of a person’s or a system’s know-how or being, in order to teach it to others who will create a new and improved know-how or being they will make their own.

I observed that we could model at different levels:


» We can model behaviors, those for instance of top sales people, managers, or excellent customer service representatives, even when it came to say “no”…
Behind specific behaviors were professional teachings carrying powerful inspirations for others as well as practical applications.

» We can model specific skills such as anger management or boldness.

These types of modeling allows us to recognize our own abilities and way of improvement in order to better learn how to act in the way we would wish to act.

» We can model people on their real quality of being, which provides understanding and meaning well beyond their personal talents, thus allowing each and everyone of us to leap forward, as long as we open ourselves to them.

Einstein said that modeling was finally the only way we really had to learn.

With you, I can put together modeling projects for your teams, your professions or with people who inspire you.
